1. Shipping Within India :

We, at Leather & Mor will contact you to validate all "cash on delivery" orders.
- Delivery Time: Orders are typically delivered within 4 business days depending on your location. This is an approximate time mentioned by the courier against each product.
- Courier Partners: We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely delivery. However, we are not liable for any delays caused due to unforeseeable circumstances. The courier will contact you before delivering the product. If your pre-paid order is lost in transit we will refund the entire amount back to you.
- Delivery of orders will be address specific and not name specific.
- You ( customer) are requested to provide authentic information (address, name, contact details) to avoid any delays or loss of merchandise. In the event that a non- delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you ( address, name, contact details) an extra charge will be levied for re- delivery which is to be paid by you.

2. International Shipping
- Delivery Time: International orders are delivered within 8-12 days depending on the destination country. We have partnered with reputed couriers to deliver your order on time.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated based on the destination, package weight, and size. Exact charges will be displayed at checkout.
- Duties and Taxes:Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply for international shipments. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.
3. Order Tracking :
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your shipment status directly on the courier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Some regions may have restrictions due to service limitations or legal requirements.
5. Packaging:
We ensure that all products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Please inspect the package upon delivery and report any damages within 48 hours.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments:
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the specified time, please contact us . We will assist you in resolving the issue.
