At Leather & Mor, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. To uphold these values, we have adopted a policy that does not allow returns but provides a clear and customer-friendly process for exchanges.

1. No Returns Policy

We regret to inform you that we do not accept product returns. This decision is guided by the following principles:

Custom or Personalised Products: Our Products are customised, made-to-order, or personalised which are unique to each customer. Hence, they cannot be returned. We, at Leather & Mor encourage you to thoroughly review product descriptions, sizing charts, and images, before placing your order.

2. Exchange Policy

We understand that there might be situations where a product needs to be exchanged. To address such cases, we offer an exchange policy under the conditions outlined below:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Exchange Window: Requests for exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Condition of the Product: The product must be unused, and in its original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Applicable Situations

  • Size or Fit Issues: Exchanges for a different size (if product is available) are permitted.
  • Color Exchange: Exchanges for a different color (if product is available) are permitted.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, it is eligible for an exchange or refund. The defective product will be examined by our team when we receive the product. Failing to meet any expectations the product will not be eligible for an exchange & the product can be returned back to you at your cost, if requested by you. However, at this time no amount will be reimbursed to you. 

Non-Eligible Products:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are not eligible for exchange or return, unless they are defective. 
  • Custom or personalized products cannot be exchanged.

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for all International orders.
